Returns

At UR Aura our main focus is customer satisfaction, and our items are carefully selected so that it's love at first sight. However, we understand that there may be times when an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. Have no worries! Exchanges can be made up to 5 days from the delivery date. In the event you do not want an exchange, returns are accepted for store credit only within 5 days from your delivery date. Currently we do not offer cash refunds on any of our items. The store credit amount will be your order total minus shipping cost within 5 days after the item has been inspected and approved for credit. 

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new condition. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

Conditions: 

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, and unused
• No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

• Free gifts or promotional items

• Items marked FINAL SALE

• Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

• Visibly Worn items
